Our Leader
Alki Thompson
Alki started his career in youth development and community work before making a career shift in 2011 to organizational development and human resources. That pivot landed him with an executive search firm as a recruiting associate. He's located and placed hundreds of candidates C-Suite to ground floor with Fortune 500 and smaller organizations, as well as nonprofits.
His 15 years in the recruiting and talent space make him a seasoned pro with vast experience across multiple sectors and industries. He has built candidate pipelines from scratch and coached hiring managers through restructures, downsizing, and expansions. His background includes sitting on internal talent acquisition and human resources teams, as well as staffing and executive search work with agencies like Robert Half and global giant, Adecco.
He serves as the company's chief executive and career coach and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration
from the University of Maryland Global.
